Referrals

We welcome all enquiries and are happy to provide information about our services and support to anyone who gets in contact with us.

Our admission team will review the referral attentively to ensure its competence to any one of our services. Once the referral has been accepted, our registered manager will be in touch to invite the potential service user, family / LPA to our rigorous pre-admission process (including a house visit or virtual tour) which helps determine the level of support needed and to ensure we can provide the required support.

Following a successful pre-admission process, we will start the actual placement process which can be talked through in details with our Registered Manager.
